A junk journal is a handmade book made up of recycled items such as papers from magazines, brochures, patterned paper, music sheets, envelopes, packaging, and more. With junk journaling, seemingly insignificant scraps are given new life and become a source of creativity. Join OFPL and local artist Kim Esparza for a junk journaling workshop, where you will learn what a junk journal is, ways to use one, and how to get started making your very own junk journals.
