The self-directed 6-week program begins, Monday, October 6. 2025.

Each week you will receive an email with a review of the lesson with the corresponding chapter in your workbook. *Free workbook for the first four McKinley County residents who register! (More workbooks to come)

You will complete the walking component at your convenience, at least three times per week.

Walk With Ease is for adults with arthritis, diabetes, heart disease or other chronic conditions who want to be more physically active.
