The Arthritis Foundation’s Walk With Ease Program is for you! Walk with Ease is a community-based physical activity and self-management education program. While walking is the central activity, Walk With Ease includes health education, stretching and strengthening exercises, and motivational strategies.
Walk With Ease is for adults with arthritis, diabetes, heart disease or other chronic conditions who want to be more physically active.
The self-directed 6-week program will begin next Monday, May 12: Each week you will receive an email with a review of the lesson with the corresponding chapter in your free workbook. You will complete the walking component at your convenience, at least three times per week.
