New Mexico MainStreet invites you to their annual institute event to learn, connect and grow with the state's MainStreet network. Join community builders, urban planners, small business advocates, and local leaders in Gallup for the New Mexico MainStreet Institute! This year's theme—"Place Makers: Build It. Activate It. Share It."—focuses on actionable strategies to revitalize downtown spaces, foster local economic growth, and create vibrant, welcoming spaces for everyone.

New Mexico MainStreet's Institute in Gallup brings together leaders, partners and revitalization professionals for three days of hands-on learning and collaboration focused on building, activating and sharing placemaking projects. This special event utilizes the Main Street Approach™ and Four Points of Community Transformation developed by Main Street America to educate and inspire attendees.

This event is open to the public, however the content is designed for MainStreet and community economic development leaders. Attendance is required for NMMS Executive Directors. Registration is limited and closes on Monday, Sept. 21.
